We want you to love how your clothes fit in your Built Broad undershirt. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Request your return within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking.
- Items must be unworn (beyond trying on over underwear), unwashed, in their original condition, with all pads included.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
How to start a return
- Email support@builtbroad.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply within 24 hours on business days with your return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back with a tracked service and send us the tracking number.
Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear. If you return one undershirt from a 2-Pack, the refund is the amount you actually paid for that undershirt after the 2-Pack discount.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it, subject to availability.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then email support@builtbroad.com.
