How it works
- Slip it on. Wear it like a regular undershirt, close to the skin.
- Set the pads. Keep every pad in for maximum shape, or remove some for a subtler look.
- Get dressed. T-shirt, button-down, sweater or suit on top.
- Check the mirror. Broader shoulders, a fuller chest and sleeves, a sharper V.
- After wear. Take the pads out before washing.
Size guide
Go by your chest, measured around the fullest part under the arms. Then check your shoulder width, measured across the back from one shoulder point to the other.
- S: chest 33–35 in · shoulders 16–17 in

Will it show under my clothes?
It’s designed not to. Wear it under a T-shirt, a button-down or a sweater: the short sleeves stay hidden under short or long sleeves, and the crew neck sits under the collar of a tee or a buttoned-up shirt. Wear black under dark clothes and white under light ones.
Does it build muscle?
No. The V-Frame Padded Undershirt is a visual effect only. It changes how your clothes fit, not your body, your strength or your health.
Which size should I pick?
