These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of builtbroad.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Built Broad ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.
2. Our products
Built Broad padded undershirts are clothing designed to change how your outfit looks. The effect is visual only: our products do not build muscle, change your body or provide any health or medical benefit. Product photos are illustrative; colors and the look of the product can vary slightly with your screen and how it is worn.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order through the payment methods shown at checkout. Promotions, including the 2-Pack price, may change or end at any time and cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a payment issue, suspected fraud, a stock problem or an obvious pricing error; if we do, you are refunded in full.
5. Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.
6. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or off-topic.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Built Broad or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Built Broad's operating business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
