We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses where the carrier allows.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days after shipping. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. 2-Pack orders ship with free priority shipping.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also find it on our Track your order page. A 2-Pack can occasionally arrive in two separate packages.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the extra shipping cost is paid.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email support@builtbroad.com within 7 days. We'll open a claim with the carrier and help you sort it out.
